How WebSnagger works
Thousands of people are building websites and web apps faster than ever, and most of those sites never get marketed. The builder moves on, the site sits there working, and eventually they post somewhere asking if anyone wants to buy it. WebSnagger is the somewhere.
For sellers
Listing is free. Sign in with your email, describe the site, set a price or leave it open to offers. Show the domain if you can; buyers trust what they can click. Messages from buyers arrive in your inbox with their email as the reply address, so the conversation is yours from the first reply. We take no commission and never sit in the middle of the deal.
For buyers
Browsing is free and needs no account. To message a seller you sign in with your email, which is the only thing between the seller and spam. After that you deal directly.
The weekly roundup
Each week we pick five listings and make a short video walking through what each one does and what the seller is asking. It goes out to buyers and to the site. Listings with a shown domain, an honest description and a realistic price get picked.
The money and the handover
WebSnagger is a listings board, not a broker or an escrow service. Agree the price and what is included with the seller, then use an escrow service such as Escrow.com so that the money and the domain change hands safely. Never pay a stranger up front.
Rules
List only sites you own. Describe traffic and revenue honestly, including when they are zero. No adult, gambling, or deceptive sites. Listings that break these are removed without notice.
